I’m Marieke, a photographer based in Groningen, The Netherlands, working with people, brands and transformative spaces worldwide.

My work is rooted in a deep sensitivity to the body, energy and emotion. Alongside photography,

I photograph sacred spaces, retreats, ceremonies, and trainings with a quiet, unobtrusive presence, allowing each moment to unfold naturally. Attuning to the energy of the space, I translate its feeling into images, so the unseen becomes visible.

I also offer personal sessions and brand photography for people who want their images to feel like an authentic reflection of who they are and what they’re here to share.

Fluent in both Dutch and English, I connect easily with diverse teams, communities and individuals, wherever in the world the work takes me.
